NYKLE is a privately owned small business that specializes in helping younger people manage their money through investments, debt relief plans, guidance, money management and offers free financial advice.

- Briefs and communications included a need for a very strong branded look and no need for any extra clicks.

THE PROBLEM
- App looks dated with off-brand colors and font.
- Changes over the years has caused app errors and clutter.
- App has many unnecessary pages and clicks.
- User can get trapped on a page having to start over from home page.
- Simple info is hard or frustrating to obtain.
THE SOLUTION
- Briefing on UX/UI ideas, pain points, wants & needs.
- Conduct user research for most important use and info wanted.
- Design new app based on users needs, wants and company colab.
- Create prototype of new user experience app for testing.
- Test and make any changes/edits if needed.
User research
Learning the main reasons for use of the app, current experiences, frustrations and any app wants or additions. This helped form the hierarchy of organization and information for new UI/UX design.
User PATH & WIREFRAME
After the all the questions were asked and answered, a user path was developed. This was created based on what was most important to the users and the hierarchy we learned. Once approved we created a wireframe to get approval before a prototype was built.
PROTOTYPE, USER TEST & FINAL
A prototype was created for user testing. Overall testing went well. An additional page was added for verification and the final was approved.
